A reminder that there is a meeting tonight at the Legion at 7pm. We have a packed agenda, so we hope to see you there.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2nd at 7pm at the Elks Hall (Downstairs). Agendas have been emailed out. This will be our last meeting of the year.

• Spirit Dollars are in town. They will be on sale on October 1st at Freson Bros. IGA, for Super Saturday. We would like volunteers to man the sales table (three people in the morning and three in the afternoon). If you are available to sell, please contact Alicia Boisson (at the South Peace News: 523-4484, or a_boisson@hotmail.com ). After that, they will be available at South Peace News. If you are a member of the Shop Local program, we remind you that if you haven’t paid, please do so ASAP.

• The Gordon Buchanan Tribute Dinner is Saturday, Sept. 24th-if anyone’s interested in helping out, please let Alicia or Gord know (gordolson@hotmail.com or 536-0021). There is a meeting on the next two Monday’s- Sept. 12th & 19th at 11:00AM at the Sunnyside Realty office. We have currently sold 350 out of 500 tickets, so if you’re interested in purchasing tickets, please let one of them know ASAP.

• The next Expo 2012 meeting is also on Monday, Sept. 12th at 6:00PM at Amiro’s.

• Finally, we received an  invitation to the PennWest Open House on October 5th at Peavine Inn & Suites, from 4:00PM-8:00PM. We hope you will be able to attend.
